I know I am not the only one who has put off visiting my doctor because I know his scale is going to show that I am not at my ideal weight. I have every intention of making the appointment once I get to the right weight. Every morning I wake up committing to finding 30 minutes to exercise, but my life gets in the way. I have many good reasons to maintain a healthy weight including avoiding heart disease and looking good. I decided to get everyone in my life involved and it was easy.
